Great design starts with great photos—and we’d love to take care of this part for you.

Whenever available, we strongly recommend using our professional photography service. We’ll coordinate the photography and make sure we have the clear, straight-on images and supporting angles needed to create the best possible design and most realistic visual results.

We’ll also ask you to provide a simple walk-through video of the property. It does not need to be polished or professionally filmed. The goal is simply to help your designer understand how the space connects, see the property as a whole, and identify any potential hurdles or opportunities that may not be obvious in still photos.

If professional photography isn’t in the budget or available in your area, don’t worry. We’ll provide simple, step-by-step photography guidelines showing you exactly what to photograph, where to stand, and what we need to see to get the best possible results.

Better photos give us a better canvas and give you a better final result.

Now it’s time to help us get to know you, your home, and your vision. You’ll complete our design questionnaire, where we’ll ask about your goals, priorities, lifestyle, budget, maintenance preferences, and what’s working—or not working—about your space today.

You’ll also have the opportunity to share inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, saved images, favorite homes, or anything else that helps us understand what you love. Don’t worry about having it all figured out—that’s our job. Give us the pieces, and we’ll start putting the picture together.

If you’ve added a virtual consultation, we’ll schedule time to connect once we’ve reviewed your project materials. We’ll talk through your space, dig deeper into your goals and challenges, and make sure we understand your vision before the design process begins.

You’ve done your part—now let us take it from here. Once we have everything we need, your project is officially underway, and you can expect to receive your design in approximately 2–3 weeks.

During the design process, we may reach out with questions or request an additional photo, measurement, or detail. Otherwise, there’s nothing more you need to do. Sit back, relax, and let us get to work bringing your vision together.

This is where it all starts to come together. Your completed design will arrive with everything included in your selected Revision and any add-ons you’ve chosen, giving you a chance to see your space—and its possibilities—in a whole new way.

If revisions are included in your package or purchased as an add-on, you’ll have the opportunity to share your feedback so we can refine the details and move the design closer to a vision that feels uniquely yours.
